Tusla Accommodation Review Published

The long awaited Tusla review of the Provision of Accommodation for Victims of Domestic Violence has now been published. Ireland is currently providing less than 30% of required refuge accommodation capacity under the Istanbul Convention (The Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence). We hope swift action will be taken to address this very worrying lack of refuge space, with committed funding to develop and run these much needed additional services.
