Court Accompaniment Services

Attending court can be stressful and intimidating, especially for families dealing with domestic violence and abuse. Fear of the unknown or potential repercussions can prevent many women from seeking legal protection, making the process even more daunting. We recognise this, and through our Court Accompaniment service, we provide support and accompaniment to those experiencing domestic violence and abuse who wish to pursue legal options under family law, for example, Safety or Barring orders. We can also support clients as they prepare for court and after, helping them remain safe while a court order is in place. To make a referral, please use the Outreach Referral form below.

Our court accompaniment services are designed to offer support and reassurance.

We support and guide those pursuing legal options under family law, such as Safety or Barring orders. Our team understands the complexities and emotional strain involved in these cases. We work closely with our clients, providing the information and encouragement they need to make informed decisions about their legal journey. Our presence helps to create a safer space, allowing women to feel less isolated and more secure as they seek legal protection.
